The majority seek the Path of least resistance in the endeavours of life. Great acheivers who stand distinct from others almost always reject the path of least resistance because it is not the most productive path, it is simply the easiest path which often makes itself evident and does not take much wisdom or effort to travel on.
The excellent path is often not that far off if only we will be willing to expend a little bit more effort, subject ourselves to a little bit more inconvinience and search just a bit more diligently.
None of of those who travel on both paths can be considered lazy. No, not at all. The difference is simple. One submits to common sense which is common and accesible to all, the other submits to wisdom which is of a higher order. It is this which separates the ordinary from the extra- ordinary.
Only take the path of least resistance if that is the only path remaining. This will be the case when all your work has already been done and you have entered into your time of rest. Taking the path of least resistance when you have not yet entered into your time of rest robs you of your higher level acheivement.
