To raise an eyebrow
When the eye is a target
Is foolishness not bravery
Little is enough
When much becomes a noose
That threatens to strangle you
A rose has thorns
Still beautiful to behold
Held roughly will pay with pain
Technically, still great. 🙂

Thank you for the comment. Quite enjoyed writing them, ‘not’ technically correctly. I guess I am a rebel at heart. I tried not to stray too far though. Thanks again.

You’re welcome. I have written a bunch that aren’t technically Haiku either. Laughing… I should post them anyway.

All four haiku are well crafted.
That last one – wow! – a wise man does indeed know himself and does not give in to pride or bravado
